It’s been a busy year for the Cygnus team. After officially launching SmartNet, a complete range of fully wireless, EN 54 certified fire detection and alarm devices, at the end of March it was time to get out and about and enter the world of exhibitions. First stop, The Fire Safety Event.
The Fire Safety Event at the NEC, Birmingham was the first showing of SmartNet and after all the hard work and commitment that went into developing the product it was fantastic to see it on the stand. The show is the must attend event for anyone who has a focus on improving life safety, business continuity and business protection for their organisation so it was the ideal platform to showcase SmartNet.
Ross Markham, Director at Cygnus, was also part of the speaking programme at the event. He provided visitors with his vision for “Wireless Everywhere” and examined the dedication the team went through to develop the new, fully wireless SmartNet system.
Ross comments, “We had a fantastic time at The Fire Safety Event. The visitors we met with were fully engaged with SmartNet and we were able to have great conversations about the features and benefits of the system. We will be back at The Fire Safety Event next year and will also be exhibiting at more shows over the coming months. We are looking forward to spreading the message of wireless everywhere even further.”
