Austen Wells joined Cygnus as Sales Manager in 2020 and has taken a leading role in developing and launching the SmartNet Wireless Fire Detection and Alarm system.
Prior to his appointment with Cygnus, Austen spent over seven years working in product management and commercial sales roles. His passion for new products that make a difference to the industry and the people within it have played a pivotal role in not only bringing SmartNet to market but also in creating the Cygnus Academy.
